President of UI is not yet at banking level. This program will start once he is and all necessary aid slots have been cleared. Also, Samuly and Tigerstar both need Foreign Ministries to get the 5th aid slot.

there was a war then too.

Once everything gets back to normal I'm going to get a tech deal program going. It's kind of hard to get something like this going though when everyone is just waiting for rogue alliances to piss all over everything.

well I'm lookin to sell some fresh tech if anyones lookin. but not to nations at war outside of bio. Don't want to cause a conflict.

no one in bio is buying or selling tech at the moment. all funds are being directly sent to the war effort.
